About Me

Rob Conway is a REALTOR who specializes in short sales and distressed properties in the Phoenix Metro area.  Rob's background has groomed him to become an excellent choice for any buyer or seller who needs assistance with their Real Estate needs.
Before becoming a REALTOR, Rob worked in the banking and mortgage industry. After gaining experience in those fields, and having the foresight of what was ahead, Rob started his own Short Sale/Loss Mitigation Company, All-Star Capital, LLC.  Rob oversaw and managed over 300 property listings for short sale, and continues to do so today.

Before entering the Banking and Real Estate Industries, Rob played 3 years of Professional Baseball. Growing up most of his life in Alaska, he set out to pursue a lifelong dream of playing baseball for a living.  This pursuit landed him in stops at Mendocino Community College in Ukiah, CA and at Iowa State University in Ames, IA.  At Iowa State University, Rob earned such accolades as the Big XII Commissioner's Award for Academic Excellence, and was twice named Big XII Player of the Week. Rob continued his playing career in Chicago, IL playing for the Cook County Cheetahs of the Frontier Baseball League for 2 seasons, and then finished up with the Kelowna Heat in Kelowna, B.C. Canada.
